The NEON District (New Energy of Norfolk) is Norfolk’s first creative arts district. Since 2014, the NEON has become an enclave of more than 120 works of public art, including sculpture, large wall murals, interactive art, festivals, theaters, restaurants, performances, and quirky buildings.

Join Joshua Weinstein as you roam Granby Street and the surrounding NEON district to take a closer look at the murals that line the city of Norfolk. You’ll begin your walk at The Plot at the corner of Granby St and Olney Rd and spend approx. 90 minutes with stops at each mural. The tour will end at Circuit Social where you’ll get unlimited gaming and access to a self-serve tap bar with beer, cider and wine!
